Account Type - IMAP
Incoming Mail Server - imap.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing Mail Server - smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Enter Sign-in information.
6. Click on More Settings option and Go to the Outgoing Server tab
7. Check on the checkbox and choose use name settings option
8. Now to the advanced tab and fill these setting as shown below -
Incoming Server - 993 or 143
Encrypted Connection - SSL
Outgoing Server - 587 or 465
Encrypted Connection - TLS or Auto
9. Once everything is done, click on finish and then Next.
10. If the process is done right, then the configuration will be successfully done.
After that, you need to shut the window and then click on the Next.
11. You will get a notification once the configuration is complete. Click on Finish
12. You will see that Outlook is showing Yahoo emails once the configuration gets completed.
13. Drag and drop the PST file folder that you need to import into the Yahoo folder.
Note: The manual method is quite complex and a more time-consuming process and you need to duplicate the original file as there is always a risk of damage to the original file and data loss that cannot be recovered afterward.
